At Fresh Land, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural processed produce. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.


🔄 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items

💰 Refunds

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giscombeannstay@yahoo.com
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
